Grab a Cuppa
The Empower Me Program will re-launch their Grab a Cuppa Support group in 2027. Grab a Cuppa invites carers, families and guardians caring for children and young people who experience mental illness. In 2027, the Empower Me team will osy 10 workshops across the Shoalhaven at local cafes. These will be announced in early December 2026.
